Rosen Saba, LLP attorney Joshua D. Schein will be presenting a seminar on Tuesday, July 14 to the Los Angeles Paralegal Association. The presentation, entitled “Ethical Responsibilities Regarding the Preservation of Social Media”, will examine how social media has become an integral part of the litigation process. It is important that legal professionals stay current with the evolving body of law that regulates how to preserve electronically stored information, which includes social media evidence and when such evidence is discoverable.
Mr. Schein’s seminar qualifies for one hour of MCLE credit and will focus on the important issues of what, when, and how to communicate with a client regarding the preservation of this evidence and how to comply with new laws regulating discovery.
