Rosen Saba, LLP would like to congratulate Partner, Ryan Saba, and Tyler Vanderpool for obtaining a $25.6 million dollar verdict on behalf of their client, Mr. Tusant, in Tusant v. City of Hemet.
Tusant, a high school student at the time of his injuries, was placed in a 30-day coma after being struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Mustang Way and Morgan Hill Road while using the city’s crosswalk to get to school. The jury held the city liable for negligently building and maintaining the crosswalk and awarded Tusant $25.6 million dollars for his injuries.
