The full service civil litigation law firm was founded by Jim Rosen in 1993 after a successful career at a national, top ranked law firm where he was a partner. Jim’s founding principle was to provide successful, but cost effective, solutions for the firm’s clientele. The overarching goal from the beginning, and which continues today, is to obtain the desired result for the firm’s clients with civility, aggressiveness, and loyalty. Ryan Saba started working with Jim in 1999 and the firm has continued to grow year over year.
RosenSaba prosecutes and defends individual, mass and class action matters. The firm has considerable experience in a wide range of federal and state civil litigation and trial actions and appellate work, including in the areas of professional responsibility, employment litigation, women’s rights, complex business and entertainment disputes, catastrophic injury claims, consumer litigation, civil rights, maritime and municipal, landowner and products liability.
In 1999, Ryan Saba joined Jim Rosen as an associate in the firm. As Jim and Ryan worked together, they formed a bond in business and friendship which ultimately lead to the firm’s current name in 2006.
Together, Jim and Ryan have led the firm to becoming one of the top rated firms in California. Both Jim and Ryan are rated as “AV” lawyers by Martindale-Hubbell, a national peer review ranking service. An “AV” rating is the highest rating awarded and indicates an attorney has reached the height of professional skill, excellence, and ethics.
Among numerous other awards, Jim and Ryan are also members of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and named “Super Lawyers” each year by Super Lawyers Magazine and “Best Lawyers” by U.S. News & World Report.
In 2015, Jim and Ryan welcomed Elizabeth Bradley as a partner in the firm. Elizabeth had an exceptional career as a litigator before becoming a partner with the firm and has consistently throughout her career taken an active leadership role in various Bar Associations.
In 2016, the firm was named as one of the “Top 20 Boutique Law Firms” by California’s premiere legal newspaper the Daily Journal.
In 2021, the firm elevated Francesca Dioguardi to become a partner. Francesca’s practice consists of defending individual and class action employment and business disputes. Francesca has successfully defeated numerous consumer false advertising and unfair business class action matters and wage & hour class action matters for clients of the firm.
