Rosen Saba, LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Elizabeth Bradley has been confirmed as the 2019-2020 Vice Chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA)’s Professional Responsibility and Ethics Committee (PREC), effective immediately.
PREC’s primary purpose is to prepare written opinions and responses to questions concerning lawyers’ ethical duties and responsibilities, as well as to review and comment upon proposed State Bar ethics opinions and proposed amendments to ethics rules. PREC also monitors and comments on legislation and proposals concerning professional responsibility and conduct, and proposes amendments to rules of professional responsibility.
