Congratulations to Rosen Saba, LLP partner Elizabeth L. Bradley on winning affirmance of Ryan D. Saba’s $3.1 million unanimous jury verdict in favor of nurse staffing client Medipro Medical Staffing, LLC.
Medipro sued two former executives for fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and other claims after they conspired with a competitor and secretly recruited nurses for the competitor’s staffing company, while still officers of Medipro.
The judgment was also affirmed on Medipro’s interference, unfair business practices and aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty claims against the competitor and its owner.
